Focused on shaping brands, scaling businesses and designing new ways of working, we came from marketing and innovation. We ended up working together at FAB, this time in HR — shaping engagement, recognition and internal communications.

With every framework built and every action plan created, we saw what intentional culture design could do — rising engagement, stronger organizational connection, measurable improvements in performance. 

We spend so much of our lives at work. Culture determines whether that time creates momentum or friction. Yet, too many organizations leave that to chance. 

We started Culture Co to help organizations and leaders design culture intentionally — using our experience across brand, innovation and people strategy to create workplaces that keep people engaged and move work forward.
